Do you also provide RFD fabrics and other printed fabric running materials?
We accept volume orders for RFD fabrics, it may take 7-10 business days.
What is the average lead time for printing order?
Our lead time for made-to-order fabrics is based on printing techniques and availability or those screens/blocks Digital Printing: 10 Days (100 mtr moq) Screen Printing: 20 Days (300 mtr moq) Block Printing: 15 days (100 mtr moq) In the case of customized print development, the lead time increases depending upon the design’s volume, visual complexity, and customer approvals.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, we ship across the globe with fast shipping carriers such as Aramax, DHL and FedEx. We offer our customers a choice of carrier and type of shipping as per their needs.
Shipping charges & payment term
Standard shipping charges is 100/- (Prepaid, 500 gm). In India, we ship via DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, BlueDart etc. For our international customers, we offer multiple shipping and packaging options. We strive to make our shipping as economical as possible without compromising on reliability. For bulk order we send via transport services also because it is more economical.
Is there any service charge charge?
There is No service charge if all accessories and material provided by the customer but if customer want to to resource any material/fabric/accessories from the market then we charge rs 300 per visit.
What are the payment options at StitchingUnit?
Convenient Payment Options: We welcome payments through NEFT/IMPS, UPI transfers including BHIM app, and digital platforms like PayTm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash payments are also accepted. For international payments we accept via Paypal, Xoom, Western union and direct Bank transfer.
Does StitchingUnit pricing include taxes like GST?
Yes, 5% gst applicable.
What will happen in case of return?
Every item in our collection is crafted to your specifications, meticulously made-to-order based on your measurements. We’re dedicated to achieving garment excellence. As a result, returns are not accepted. However, for optimal fit, we offer free alterations within the first year. For convenience, customers can either bring their garment to us or arrange for courier reverse pickup and delivery, with associated charges.
Difference Between Standard delivery and Express delivery?
With our Standard Delivery option, your attire will be tailored within the committed time frame. Subsequently, it will be dispatched to your address via courier, aligning with the typical delivery duration that varies based on location. In the case of Express Delivery, your sample attire will be tailored within just 48 hours according to mutual agreement. Subsequently, it will be promptly dispatched using priority urgent courier services. To access this expedited option, an extra tailoring fee is required, alongside express courier charges based on availability.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you have the option to track its progress either by logging into our website or by accessing the tracking link provided through email or WhatsApp.
What if I want to visit an outlet and get my clothes stitched ?
Yes, you can visit our store in Jaipur Rajasthan. You can meet our designer and team here and can discuss your designing needs for your dress.
Do I need to provide lining cloth also?
You have the choice of either availing our chargeable lining cloth or supplying your own.
What kind of material do you use for lining ?
Generally we opt for cotton lining. However, we are flexible to accommodate other types of linings based on the customer’s preference.
Do you pre-wash lining material before stitching?
Certainly. Before incorporating lining material into our stitching, we ensure it undergoes washing. This guarantees that the stitched dress (with lining material) maintains its size even after the initial wash.

How Much Fabric Is Needed For Basic Pants?

How Much Fabric Is Needed For A Basic Lehenga?
To fashion a fundamental lehenga, it’s advisable to supply around 4.5 meters of fabric. Nevertheless, the precise quantity may differ depending on factors like the lehenga’s design and embellishments.
What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
We are open Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, but our on call support service is available from 11:00am to 7:00pm.

How Much Fabric Is Needed For A Basic Salwar?
To craft a basic salwar, a minimum of 2.5 meters of fabric is needed. Nevertheless, the precise quantity can differ depending on the intricacy of the salwar’s design and pattern.
How to take measurements for chest, sleeve around, arm around, arm hole, waist etc.?
All the aforementioned measurements encompass a complete circumference of 360° and are not individual flat measurements.

Cost of Embroidery includes Stitching?
No, the expense for embroidery does not cover stitching fees. Separate charges are applicable for stitching services.

How to give designs pattern and measurement?
You have various convenient methods to communicate your pattern/design ideas and measurements: 1/ Complete our online tailoring form for measurements. 2/ or Provide us with a well-fitting dress as a reference for measurements. 3/ or Share a preferred brand’s size chart, or utilize ours, for accurate measurements. 4/ or Combine screenshots of different dress elements for a comprehensive design idea. For instance, you can share pictures for neckline, collar, buttons, sleeves, or other dress parts. Once you’ve shared these reference images for a specific dress, include fabric print details. Let us know that you’d like the dress to resemble the reference pictures in all specified sizes for the mentioned print.
How do you ensure customer support and production quality?
This is the best part of StitchingUnit. We offer a direct WhatsApp group to our customers that ensures highly organized communication throughout the made-to-order journey. We provide regular updates for your order progress. We do regular quality audits before dispatching.
Is there any guarantee that my fabric won’t be spoiled ?
Your Confidence is Assured: Rest assured, we have you covered. If fabric spoilage occurs, we guarantee either a fabric replacement or a refund. Additionally, any necessary alterations are undertaken free of charge. If the fabric sustains damage, we’ll provide a fresh replacement or compensate you for the fabric. Please note that refunds are not applicable for fitting concerns that can be resolved through alterations. However, if the design or pattern goes astray or if our team causes fabric damage, a refund is certainly a possibility.
What is your average shipping time?
Once shipped from the warehouse, It takes around 6-7 working days for the shipment to arrive in India and 7 to 14 working days internationally depending upon the choice of the shipping carrier.
How does pricing work for and dress?
For the bulk orders price depends on the pattern of each dress and quantity of sizes in each pattern. Once all these are finalized then our designer will provide you with the final price and time quotation.
Is There Minimum Order Value?
There is no minimum order value. To support small businesses we accept Low MOQ also.
Do You Offer Pick-Up And Delivery Services?
Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery services within India. The cost of a 500gm pick-up is ₹150 and rs 100 for delivery. If weight increases then this cost is reduced according to each 500gm. For bulk quantity we suggest you to deliver at our place via any transport or courier, this is much cheaper than reverse pickup facility.
