Made-to-Order Process

We are pleased to offer a customized Made-to-Order service. Here’s how it works:

Fabric and Branding:

You will need to send us your fabric in bulk (or you can purchase from us), along with your brand labels (if available). Since our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces, you’ll need to send at least the amount of fabric required to produce 50 garments as per your chosen styles.

Sampling and Pattern Making:

Initially, we will create patterns and prepare one sample piece of each design/print. Charges will only apply for these sample pieces and patterns (one-time cost). If you are planning a model shoot, you can provide us with your model’s size chart. We will ensure the first samples are made to achieve the best fit for your models.

Order Fulfillment:

Whenever you receive a customer order, simply share the order details with us, including the size and design specifications. We will produce the required piece within 4 working days. You can save our address as a warehouse in your courier panel.

Packaging and Dispatch:

Once the order is ready, we will pack it using your brand labels and attach the tracking slip that you will provide to us (in PDF format). Your courier partner can then directly pick up the parcel from our facility and deliver it to your customer.

Flexibility in Production:

If a particular design doesn’t receive enough orders, you can choose to plan a new dress style using the same fabric. However, all made-to-order dresses in that fabric should ideally be completed within 1 year. After 1 year, if there’s still remaining fabric that hasn’t been utilized, we will move it into bulk production and deliver the finished pieces to you.
